World literacy day was celebrated at Anurag group of institutions on 08th september 2014.It was organised by NSS in which one cleaning staff of Anurag Group named Pushpamma was identified as illiterate and made her to write so that she will be educated and there will be an 100% literates in Anurag campus and also all the NSS volunteers of Anurag group has taken a oath that to identify an illiterate and make the person literate . Prof M Mutha Reddy(priincipal of Anurag group), C Mallesh (NSS PO of Anurag group), Achuth and Srinivas Rao (faculties of Anurag group) were participated in this programme. Poster presentation competition was conducted and prizes were given to the winners for encouragement.
