• Students joined under Tuition Fee reimbursement category must apply for scholarship through web site (http://epass.cgg.gov.in) for the academic year 2013-14 on or before 14-12-2013.
• Hard copy of the online application with relevant certificates must be submitted at the college scholarship office on or before 16-12-2013, failing which they will not get any scholarship and have to pay the tuition fee immediately.
• Before online application they must open personal Bank account in any nationalized bank and personal
  e-mail ID.
• The following certificates are required:
• Acknowledgment form
• Filled in On – Line Application Form
• Copy of SSC Memo
• Copy of Intermediate Memo
• Copy of Last Studied Memo and Provisional Certificate (applicable for MCA, MBA, M. Tech. & M. Phar.)
• Copy of Last Studied Transfer Certificate
• Income Xerox / Original Certificate from Mee Seva only
• Copy of Caste Certificate from Mee Seva only
• Copy of Parents Ration
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Copy of Councelling Allotment Letter
• Copy of Bank account pass book (Not require for EBC Students)
• Gap Certificate Attested by Gazetted Officer signature (if any gap during the study period)

Note:-Students who have joined under Management Quota and spot admissions are not eligible for scholarship and fee reimbursement.
