Laboratories

The Department is equipped with the state of the art facilities. It has two computer labs consisting of 154 Pentium-IV Systems which are connected through Local Area Network (LAN). The required software & peripherals are installed to serve the needs of the students. The labs provide unlimited access to the internet broadband connectivity and supported by UPS, Generators.

Program Educational Objectives (PEO)

PEO1	Graduate should be a sound foundation in the mathematics, science and technology, necessary to analyze & solve real world problems and to prepare them for Graduate Studies and Research.
PEO2	To solve engineering problems in the Information Technology domain with appropriate tools, use the knowledge gained in core theory and practical curriculum subjects.
PEO3	Opportunities are provided for graduates to work as part of teams on various projects which are multidisciplinary in nature requiring logical and programming skills.
PEO4	Graduates should take up higher education or employment positions with good communication and presentation skills in the Information Technology field.

Program Outcomes (PO’s)

PO1	Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialisation for the solution of complex engineering problems.
PO2	Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, research literature, and analyse complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.
