Aavishkaran, Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Anurag group of Institutions, has organized “Panel discussion on Innovation – The new Expectation in IT” in collaboration with SHRD ARISE- Corporate Connect on 22nd October 2016 at 10.00 a. m. Members in the panel were Srinivas Vedula, CA Technologies, Bhaskar Ghantasala, Corporate HR, Aurobindo Pharma, K. S. Chakradhar Reddy, AVP HR, Kensium Solutions, Mr. Ramesh Mantena, Head HR, Evoke Technologies.

Programme Started at 10.30 a. m. with Welcome note and introduction by Dr. G. Vishnu Murthy, HoD, CSE further continued with talk by Mrs. Madhavi Iragavarapu , Corporate trainer Medha itrain in Astute leadership. Informative panel discussion moderated by Mr. Ramesh Mantena where several points like importance of resume which represents unique identity of the person, having and identifying passion in self and working on it, having purposeful goal is the key to excel, work environments, emotional intelligence, skills required for job etc. Further the session was concluded by a talk by Emmanuel Gosula- Sr. Manager- HR- EPAM on Disruptive Technologies. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. K. S. Rao, Director; Mementos were given away by Dr. K. S. Rao, Director and Dr. G. Vishnu Murthy, HoD, CSE. The event benefited students by providing them the inputs on the industry expectations and need for new age innovations in diverse industries.
