Two-Week ISTE Main Workshop on “Analog Electronics” Under the National Mission on Education through ICT (MHRD, Govt. of India) was organized by ECE dept from 4th June- 14th June, 2013. The lecture transmission and live interaction with the IIT Kharagpur took place in distance mode using the AVIEW technology through internet. Professors from IIT Kharagpur delivered lectures on basic concepts of Analog Electronics. They covered topics like Transistor Biasing, Single stage Amplifiers, Multi stage Amplifiers, Differential Amplifiers, Feedback Amplifiers, and Oscillators. Lectures were conducted in the morning session and guidelines for conduction of practicals were also given in the morning session. Many faculty members from various colleges have registered for this program. They performed practicals in the afternoon session in the laboratory. Interaction sessions were conducted in the afternoon to clear the doubts.
