To pool the expertise to discuss the emerging strategies which have been used by the business experts to excel in their respective businesses, the School of Business Management, Anurag Group of Institutions has organised 2 day national conference during 24th and 25th of January 2019. Dr. G. Sabitha, Head of the Department, MBA has convened this 4th national conference in collaboration of the Hyderabad Management Association.

Dr. Palla Rajeshwar Reddy garu has inaugurated the conference with his motivational speech and Mr. Ravi Kumar Peesapati, President, HMA; Mr. K.V.Achalapathi, Jt. Secretary, Mr. Harishchandra Prasad, immediate past president, HMA; Mr. Vijay Vedantham, Secretary, HMA also participated in this conference and shared their views and experiences.

The students and faculty from Management Schools are invited and asked contribute their research work. Received papers were reviewed by the dynamic editorial board and 17 papers were accepted for publication and 5 papers for only presentation. All the 17 papers are published through “Universal Review” journal. 35 faculty members and students from Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala have been participated in this conference to discuss their research on management excellence in the area of Finance, Human Resource, Marketing and General Management. Mr. Devendra Surana, Managing Director, Surana Group of Industries and Mr. M. Gopalakrishna, Retd IAS have participated in the conference as chief guests for Inaugural and Valedictory respectively and have given their valuable inputs to the participants in their personal growth to bring out the inherent excellence in an individual. Dr. Ramana Rao, session Head- Finance, Siva Sivani Institute of Management sessioned a chair to give his valuable feedback and suggestions to the authors, who have presented their research during this conference.
